Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

howzatsports.co.uk recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. howzatsports.co.uk will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Postage costs incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by howzatsports.co.uk i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.
Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, howzatsports.co.uk will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of howzatsports.com.
*Note: Original Condition may mean the following;
Goggles/Swim equipment: howzatsports.co.uk will only refund or replace goggles or swim equipment if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANY WAY. We will require the original packaging in its original condition if you would like a refund or replacement.
Rackets/Bats: howzatsports.co.uk will only refund or replace a racket or bat if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANY WAY. The plastic cover must be still around the handle & there should be no scuff marks or paint chips anywhere on the item.
Shoes/Heelys: howzatsports.co.uk will only be able to refund or replace shoes or Heelys if they are in their original condition, i.e. they have not been played in or used outside. Any stickers in the inside of the shoe should not be worn. Shoes should be tried on a carpet surface. We will require the original shoebox in its original condition if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Clothing: howzatsports.co.uk will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 30 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
